Why the care plan matters
Most small-business websites that get hacked weren’t targeted. They were simply left alone: an old plugin, an expired certificate, no backups. A care plan means someone is watching yours.

Questions
Is the website really free?
Yes. The design and build cost nothing when you sign up for a care & hosting plan, and your first month of that plan is free too. After that you pay the monthly plan, which covers hosting, backups, security updates, and keeping the site running.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You won’t owe anything for the time I spent designing and building your site. The only thing passed on to you is any out-of-pocket cost I paid for your site, like registering your domain name.
What’s the difference between the two plans?
Personal / Hobby covers a site of up to 5 pages with a mobile-friendly design and a contact form. Business covers up to 12 pages with a custom design, a blog or guides section, search and analytics set up from day one, 30 days of revisions, uptime monitoring, a monthly health report, and an hour of content edits every month.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every site is built so you can change the everyday content, like hours, prices, and photos, on your own. On the Business plan I’ll also make up to an hour of edits for you each month.
What if I need online booking, payments, or a customer portal?
Those are custom builds and are quoted separately after a free consultation. Mention what you need in the form and I’ll scope it with you.
How secure will my site be?
I spent three years in IT and cybersecurity at a community bank, and your site gets the same approach: HTTPS everywhere, security headers, no plugins waiting to be exploited, weekly backups, and ongoing security updates.
